Can you believe 6 months has already passed? They are both doing so well! Sawyer weighs 14 pounds and Sophia is almost 13, they are getting so big! Both are still drinking breast milk, eating cereal and a few veggies and fruit. We are blessed beyond blessed!!!! They are amazing little miracles!
